SHIPPING & RETURNS
Packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for the package(s) once it has been processed through USPS. Any Orders received before 3PM (EST) will be shipped the same business day. Packages are normally received within 3-5 business days. We will email your USPS tracking number once your packages are shipped.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Shipped items are sealed meticulously and securely packaged to prevent any spills, however we understand that accidents happen. Simply take a photo of how you received the package and send us an email. Make sure to include a quick explanation along with your name, order number, items damaged and the nature of your request and we will be more than happy to help. We do our best to respond to all emails within a 24hr time frame. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns on any open item(s). We will direct you on how to proceed as part of our email response.
Returns: To be eligible for a return, you must return your package within 15 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). After inspecting the item(s), we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, you will receive an online store credit deposited into your account, minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with your return. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
